The fee does not include the Conference dinner on June 26th. When filling in the registration form you can select the option to attend the closing dinner (80,00 €).

  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the Technical Secretariat at technicalsecretariat@nd2025madrid.com.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.
  • To be eligible for the student registration fee, documentary evidence of their student status such as official transcript or copy of student ID card must be sent.

Registration Fee Includes

Cancellation Policy Registration

The request for cancellation must be submitted by email to the ND2025 Technical Secretariat (Cevents). You can reach us by sending an email to technicalsecretariat@nd2025madrid.com.

Cancellations received before or on May 8, 2025, will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administrative fee.

Cancellations of registrations received after May 8 will not be entitled to a refund.
