

Conference proceedings
The proceedings will be published online via EPJ Web of Conferences. We strongly recommend following the detailed submission instructions provided to ensure your contribution meets all requirements.

The deadline for all submissions is May 15th, 2026.
- Document Format & Template
All ND2025 contributions must be submitted using the A4 two-column LaTeX template.
- LaTeX Package: The official LaTeX2e macropackage (kaTexte) for Web of Conferences must be used. You can download it here: https://www.epj-conferences.org/doc_journal/instructions/macro/web-conf/macro-latex-web-conf.zip
- Page Limit: Each contribution is strictly limited to four pages, regardless of whether it was presented as an oral talk or a poster.
- Preparation: You may already begin preparing your paper according to these specifications.
- Technical Style Requirements
- Author Names: The given name (first name) must be written in ITALICS. Example: Manohar Gangikunta.
- Affiliations: Include a complete academic affiliation: [Department, Institution, City, and Country].
- Figures: Digital images must be at least 300 dpi for the printed version.
- Fonts: All fonts must be embedded in the final PDF.
- References:
- Cite references in the text using sequential numbers in brackets, such as [1], [2-5], or [8-10].
- They must be numbered in the reference list in the order they appear in the text.
- References must contain the full title of the cited article.
- Example Reference Format: [1] Lohrasebi, T. Koslowski, Modeling water purification by an aquaporin-inspired graphene-based nano-channel. J. Mol. Model. 25, 280 (2019). https://doi.org/10.1007/s00894-019-4160-v

- SAGA Submission & Registration
Contributions must be uploaded to the SAGA online management system.
How to Register in SAGA
- First-Time Users: Go to the SAGA platform and select «Register».
- Account Creation: Enter your email, first name, and last name. You will receive an email with a «deeplink» to set your password and complete your registration.
- Profile Completion: Use the link to enter your mandatory personal data, including your institution and country.
Submission Instructions
- New Submission: Under the «Actions» tab, select «New submission».
- Session Selection: During the submission process, authors must select the session (Section) in which the presentation was made. You can find it in the conference program downloadable from the conference website: https://nd2025madrid.com/

- Upload: Enter the title and all author affiliations, then upload your camera-ready PDF using the «+ Add files» button.
- Finalize: Once all data is entered and the file is uploaded, click «Send your submission».
Warning: No corrections can be made after the material is in production. Please verify all names, affiliations, and references before your final upload.
